1. Where we ship

Kuubicle ships worldwide, to 233 countries.

2. Shipping cost

Shipping is a flat 5.99 with free shipping from 30 in each of these currencies: euro (€), US dollar ($), pound sterling (£), Australian dollar (A$) and Canadian dollar (C$). So an order from the United Kingdom pays £ 5.99 and ships free from £ 30, an order from Australia pays A$ 5.99 and ships free from A$ 30, and so on.

In every other country the fee is the equivalent of € 5.99 and shipping is free from the equivalent of € 30, charged in your own currency at the exchange rate applied by Shopify. Your own currency is shown on the product page and again at checkout before you pay.

Every order over € 60 (or its local equivalent) also includes a free mystery gift, added to your cart automatically.

3. Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed on business days (Mon–Fri). Expected delivery time is 5 to 10 business days. Delivery times are indicative; Kuubicle works with external suppliers and cannot rule out carrier delays.

4. Track and trace

After dispatch you receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. No shipping confirmation after a week? Email us at hello@kuubicle.com.

5. Lost or damaged parcels

Did your parcel arrive damaged? Contact us at hello@kuubicle.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will sort it out.

6. Customs and import duties

There are no customs charges within the EU. For deliveries outside the EU, any import duties are payable by the customer.

You have 30 days to request a return. See our refund policy for the details.
