Terms of service
Terms of service
Applicable to all orders placed via kuubicle.com. Last updated: 26 July 2026.
1. Identity of the seller
Jeremi Boivin, trading under the name Kuubicle
Company number: BE 1015.831.015 | VAT: BE 1015.831.015
Anselmostraat 17, 2018 Antwerp, Belgium
Email: hello@kuubicle.com | Website: kuubicle.com
2. Scope
These terms apply to all offers, orders and agreements between Kuubicle and the customer. By placing an order the customer accepts these terms. Deviations are only valid if agreed by us in writing. Where the customer is a consumer, mandatory consumer law takes precedence over any clause in these terms that would be less favourable.
3. The offer
Product descriptions, photos and specifications are prepared with care but are indicative. Minor differences in colour, finish or dimensions do not entitle the customer to compensation. Offers apply while stocks last. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind Kuubicle.
4. Ordering process
The agreement is concluded once the automatic order confirmation is sent by email. Kuubicle reserves the right to refuse an order, for example where fraud is suspected, where a product is unavailable, or where the delivery address is outside our shipping area. If we refuse an order that has already been paid, the full amount is refunded.
To change or cancel an order, contact hello@kuubicle.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been handed to the carrier it can no longer be changed; the return rules then apply.
5. Prices and VAT
All prices shown to consumers include VAT. Prices are shown in the currency of the market the customer is browsing in; converted amounts are indicative and the charge is made in the currency shown at checkout. Shipping costs are stated before the order is confirmed. Kuubicle may change prices at any time, but never after an order has been confirmed.
6. Payment
Payment is made at checkout via the payment methods offered there, which depend on the customer's country. Available methods include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna, and Bancontact for customers in Belgium. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and, where applicable, by Klarna; Kuubicle does not receive or store full card details. Orders are only dispatched after payment is received.
7. Delivery
Kuubicle ships to 233 countries. Shipping is a flat 5.99 with free shipping from 30 in euro, US dollar, pound sterling, Australian dollar and Canadian dollar; in every other country it is the equivalent of € 5.99, free above the equivalent of € 30, charged in the customer's own currency. The expected delivery time is 8 to 15 business days after dispatch.
If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days after the order, the consumer may ask us to deliver within a reasonable additional period and, failing that, cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer on delivery. Damage caused in transit must be reported to hello@kuubicle.com within 48 hours of delivery, with photos.
Within the EU no customs charges apply. For deliveries outside the EU, any import duties, taxes and clearance fees are payable by the customer.
8. Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify us before the period expires at hello@kuubicle.com, stating your order number. The goods must then be returned within 14 days of that notification.
Return shipping for a withdrawal is at the customer's expense. Kuubicle refunds the purchase price, including the standard delivery cost originally charged, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, using the original payment method.
Beyond the statutory period, Kuubicle voluntarily grants a 30-day return window under the conditions set out in our refund policy: returns of faulty, damaged or wrongly delivered products are free and fully refunded on proof; returns for any other reason are at the customer's expense and are not refunded.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery, or to goods made to the customer's specifications.
9. Legal warranty of conformity
Consumers have a legal warranty of conformity of two years from delivery, in accordance with Articles 1649bis and following of the Belgian Civil Code. Within that period, a product that does not conform to the agreement is repaired or replaced free of charge; if that is impossible or disproportionate, the price is reduced or the agreement is dissolved and the price refunded.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect use, normal wear, accidents, modifications, or failure to follow the instructions supplied with the product. Warranty claims are made by email to hello@kuubicle.com with the order number and photos or video of the defect.
10. Liability
Kuubicle is liable for damage resulting from a failure attributable to it, up to the amount of the order concerned, except in the case of intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or where mandatory law provides otherwise. Kuubicle is not liable for indirect or consequential damage such as loss of income or loss of data.
Our products are workspace accessories, not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition. For persistent physical complaints, consult a doctor or physiotherapist.
11. Force majeure
Kuubicle is not liable for any failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including carrier disruption, supplier failure, strikes, natural events, government measures, or failures of internet or payment infrastructure. In such cases obligations are suspended; if the situation lasts longer than 60 days either party may dissolve the agreement, and amounts already paid for undelivered goods are refunded.
12. Intellectual property
All content on kuubicle.com, including texts, photos, graphics, logos and the layout of the store, belongs to Kuubicle or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without our prior written permission is not allowed.
13. Personal data
Kuubicle processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR. How this is done, and the rights the customer has, is described in our privacy policy.
14. Complaints and dispute resolution
Complaints can be sent to hello@kuubicle.com. We confirm receipt and aim to reply substantively within 7 calendar days. Consumers in the EU may also submit a dispute to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or, in Belgium, to the Consumer Mediation Service at consumerombudsman.be.
15. Invalidity
If a provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force, and the invalid provision is replaced by a valid provision that comes as close as possible to its purpose.
16. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Belgian law applies. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Antwerp division, without prejudice to the right of a consumer to bring proceedings before the court of their own place of residence where mandatory law so provides.
